New Einherjar Setup?
Hey guys, I've been looking at how other shells do Einherjar and seem to win 100% of the time, and I came across this:

BRD/whm (with MP build)
The BRD's in the DD parties will do the fulltime rotation as usual, one DD party will be BRD'less (sorry) and the RNG party will have the BRD healing them and casting attack songs on them. this look like something we can try? it seems like it would work to me.

I agree with having a Melee as the main assist, but we should have at least 1 pld regardless, just incase shit hits the fan.
to keep things linear myself and sefadin can remain main assist. Grig can stay pld fisherman/assistantfisherman. Our melee setup is standard, that won't change.
But i like the idea of having a brd in the blm pt, or at least VM in the main blm pt to give them the MP they need.
Sounds like some minor changes that will benefit us well

yeah, pretty much nothing would change, except we'd perhaps be changing 1 BLM party to a melee party, then adding a melee party from the old tank party. it'll increase dmg by quite a bit if we isolate our best BLM and keep them BLM, while we fill the remaining "blm party" with more melee DD's. the tank party will then have decent output in dmg, and that should put us over the top in terms of winning and doing enough dmg.
