A new Kind of Army

Out of all my runs i have only ever missed one run and that was because of work...
If we had 36 people who did the same then we would never have an issue.

After yesterdays "odin", i can honestly say i was embarrassed. For a long time i did not attempt to confront the issues because i was not a recognized officer, and did not want to be taken as an over zealous fool.

But now i am in a position of power (if i am beyond my boundaries please tell me i will listen).
I am going to work hard to more finely tune what we have already started, and get the rewards for all those who have been with us from the start. I see day to day who those people are, and i commend you. But now is the time to get more members like you and strike down the ones who are not worthy of being in the shell.
