AFK at Enter Time Empty AFK at Enter Time

Last night we had an issue come up again. People are comming to the zone getting in teams then afk. It is ok to AFK for 10-20 min, but to come get in a team then afk 1 hr. These people are costing us time when enter and we are not entering the zone full. Friday Nov 13 we waited 5 min for an AFK member before pulling. We lost the mega boss due to time only.
